I’ve always considered myself a fit person, playing tons of sport and being very active and working out. However, it wasn’t until I met Kevin, that I truly realized how much I was capable of. My first encounter with trainer Kevin was in 2016. I signed up at a new gym after having my 3rd child and was looking to shed the post-baby weight. Not only did I do that, but I regained my love of fitness and competition and that was greatly due to Kevin.
As soon as you meet Kevin, you can’t help but feel his energy and excitement. He transfers that energy to you to help fuel you for your workout. He’s clearly knowledgeable about fitness and has a nack of reading your cues and work you through your physical and mental barriers. Kevin knows just the right thing to say at the right time to encourage you, not only to finish your exercise but to challenge you to do better, run faster, lift heavier, hold longer. He helps achieve goals that you didn’t even realize you could do.
Kevin takes priority in ensuring you have proper technique and help correct body position to prevent injury. He takes every measure to ensure a safe and successful workout.
