How It Works

STEP 2: WE DESIGN YOUR PLAN
Your coach will create a customized plan based on your goals, fitness level, injuries, training frequency and schedule.

STEP 3: TRAIN WITH INTENTION
Train hard, build new habits and overcome obstacles with your coach.

STEP 4: CRUSH YOUR GOALS
Finally reach (and surpass) your fitness goals and become the strongest, fittest version of yourself.

  • The initial consultation is an opportunity for us to understand where you are coming from and what you want to achieve. It’s a chance for you to tell us about your goals, your health, experiences with fitness, lifestyle and nutrition. The better we understand you, the more effective we can be. The consultation is also an opportunity for you to learn more about us and our personal training program.

  • Personal training memberships range from $169 to $400 per week. A single session personal training sessions costs $120. For optimal results, we generally recommend 2-3 sessions per week. The training sessions are 60 minutes. Your membership rates include access to the on demand library for additional workouts. alomg with this we provide a personalized nutrition plan, as well as access to our online training platform.

  • This will be dependant on the membership package you choose.

    1) At home (limited time only), this is where we come to you. the training sessions will take place where you normally workout.

    2) In studio personal training sessions. (starting soon). Training sessions take place at your convenience. The great thing about personal training is that it offers you a large amount of flexibility. Our personal trainers work early mornings, late evenings, during the day, and also during the weekend.
