Semi-private training offers you a personalized experience at a fraction of the cost of one-on-one training. Enjoy the benefits of training with your spouse, friends, siblings or coworkers. It’s motivating, challenging and tons of fun.

Each semi-private personal training session is 60 minutes. The workouts are crafted and scaled for each participant’s fitness level. Sessions take place in our training facility in Red Deer

STEP 2: WE DESIGN YOUR PLAN
Your coach will create a customized plan based on you and your partner’s goals, fitness level, injuries, training frequency and schedule.

STEP 3: TRAIN WITH INTENTION
Train hard, build new habits and overcome obstacles with your coach.

STEP 4: CRUSH YOUR GOALS
Finally reach (and surpass) your fitness goals and become the strongest, fittest version of yourself.

  • Yes, with semi-private training you must already have a training partner.

  • Absolutely. Many of our semi-private training clients have different goals. Your coach will be able to customize each of your workouts, solo sessions to address your specific needs and fitness goals.

  • Our semi-private training sessions take place at Whealth’s training facility in Red Deer. Training sessions take place at your convenience. The great thing about semi-private training is that it offers you a large amount of flexibility. Our personal trainers work early mornings, evenings, during the day.
